The State filed a motion on September 9, 1981, requesting the Youth Court to waive its jurisdiction over N.C.F., a Page 391 youth, and to transfer jurisdiction to the District Court. Pursuant to section 41-5-206(1)(b), MCA, a hearing on the petition was held September 21 and 22, 1981, before the Youth Court Division of the Thirteenth Judicial District Court. That court issued an order on September 29, 1981, granting the States petition. The youth now appeals that order.
